The Engineers

I present The Engineers on BBC News TV, where I chair a panel of world-leading experts. Recently, the theme was biomedical engineering – we heard about using bubbles in the bloodstream to deliver medication, brain implants that allow people with locked-in syndrome to communicate, and tiny pills that treat disease by electrocuting the gut.

I have also featured as a science expert on different TV channels across the world – from talking about zero-waste policies in Denmark, to the science of yoghurt in Bulgaria.
